Low Voltage Technician (Engineering)

We are currently looking for a Low Voltage Technician with previous commercial experience to join our team!

What you'll be doing:

Install, terminate and test cat5, cat6, coax, 25 pair, RJ45 mod plugs
Install, Terminate and test data jacks, face plates, RJ45 mod plugs etc, fiber optic connectors
Read and comprehend blue prints/floor plans

What we're looking for:

Comfortable speaking with customers in a construction environment as well as a professional setting
Must be able to climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, lift an excess of 50lbs
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Strong work ethic
Honesty and integrity
Professional appearance
Must have good driving record
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Data closet build out. Data racks, ladder rack, back boards. (a plus)
Fiber optic cable experience (a plus)
Experience leading a small crew of techs (a plus)
EMS troubleshooting and programming a plus
Lighting control and programming a plus
