Field Service Technician (Eastern Region) (Education)

This position involves repair and overhaul of power circuit breakers and related equipment in a shop environment as well as on-site maintenance and testing of power distribution equipment in industrial facilities and power plants. This position works in the field as well as the shop and will be subjected to weekend work, frequent overtime during outage season, and frequent overnight travel. Primarily be focused on the Eastern Region territory,

Perform repairs, upgrades, and overhaul of Low and Medium Voltage Transformers (mostly 480V thru 15kV) Support on-site maintenance and testing of electrical power distribution equipment at customer facilities throughout the Eastern Region. Interface with fellow employees and customers routinely while executing work and resolving problems as they arise. Work independently or as part of a team. Possesses strong organizational, written, and verbal communications skills.
