SUMMARY: Crowley's Corporate Strategy team supports corporate and functional leaders in the design and execution of strategic initiatives that set the long-term vision of the corporation. The Corporate Strategy team is looking for a driven professional that is proficient in providing data-driven and actionable insights for Crowley's C-Suite and their direct reports. This role will be responsible for leading complex analyses, developing insights, and delivering solutions that will improve our core businesses and uncover new growth opportunities.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enterprise and Business Unit Strategy: Supports the creation and development of the company's strategic vision in partnership with business and functional stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Develops data-driven insights based on internal and external data related to financial performance, markets, customers, and competitors.
• Market Research: Conducts primary and secondary market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
• Financial Modeling: Prepares and evaluates financial models to analyze financial impact of investments, divestitures, and partnerships.
• Storytelling: Communicates complex financial and business concepts and strategic recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels, including non-financial managers and executives.
• M&A Support: Assists in the evaluation of M&A prospects, including financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning in collaboration with Crowley's M&A and Finance teams. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional designation preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, market research, or competitive intelligence.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word

Proven leadership of business intelligence and analytic initiatives in fast paced, multiple project environment. Excellent strategy, planning and execution skills with proven ability to drive results. Ability to understand, analyze and assimilate complex issues, draw correct conclusions, and formulate clear strategy and policies.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
