Customer Service Administrator (Administrative)

In this essential role, youll play a key part in supporting our customers and internal service team by processing parts orders and serving as the first friendly voice customers hear when they call. If youre organized, tech-savvy, and excited by a fast-paced environment where every day is a little different this could be the perfect fit for you!

WHAT YOULL Do
Parts Specialist
Receive and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.Prepare and send invoices and handle warranty documentation.Partner with our experienced team members to learn processes and ensure seamless operations.

Phone Receptionist
Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.Triage customers needs and direct them to the appropriate support technician.Collaborate with our Front Desk Administrator to learn best practices for call handling and customer communication.

qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.Secondary education in Business Administration or related field, required; minimum associates degree or equivalent coursework preferred.Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic phone systems.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong customer service skills, with patience, professionalism, and tact in interactions with customers.
