Responsibilities:
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry ManagerAnswer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiriesHandle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely mannerTriage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.Clarify orders as needed
Qualifications:
Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician LicensedrequiredPrevious experience in pharmacyLTC pharmacy experience preferredKnowledge of brand name and generic medicationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsModerate to advanced computer skills requiredGreat telephone etiquette a mustFrameworks / ECM knowledge a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
