Dental Provider Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking an experienced Dental Recruiter on our Provider Recruitment Team. You will be responsible for strategic and comprehensive Dental Provider recruitment in accordance with the needs and goals of LQTC. You will source and recruit qualified dental providers; negotiates fees, generate contracts and coordinates the execution of the provider contracts within established guidelines; Performs research and initial interviews to identify and determine candidate suitability for placement. Conducts initial familiarization training during recruitment to ensure provider willingness and ability to perform services.  Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and selecting providers for nationwide contracted positions
  • Performs outbound calls to potential and existing candidates by telephone and e-mail to qualify them for potential job opportunities
  • Responsible for educating prospective candidates on the benefits of contracts
  • Responsible for building and maintaining candidate relationships
  • Partners with management and providers to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and build pool of viable candidates
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education 
  • 7 to 10 years minimum of professional experience in recruitment (preferably in the dental industry)
  • If applicable, must be able to pass a federal background check and/or obtain and maintain additional clearances as specified by the contract (e.g., NACI, PIV, SMS, TMS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
  • Experienced in the principles and procedures of candidate recruitment, selection, compensation, and credentialing of healthcare providers.
  • Experience in developing and executing college recruitment strategies.
  • Persuasive sales acumen with closing ability
  • Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills. 
  • Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be organized with good time management skills.
  • Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
  • Previous cold calling experience.
  • Intermediate negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess organizational and follow up skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, ATS/CRS systems, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media recruiting.

Additional Information:

  • Travel requirements: up to 30%
  • Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone
