Logistics Coordinator (Finance)



What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Healthcare Solutions & Operations Manufacturing Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless movement of materials and products within our manufacturing and distribution network, directly impacting the efficiency and quality of our healthcare solutions. Our team is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement in the healthcare sector. This position will be onsite, 5 days a week at our Littleton, CO facility. The hours will be 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.

This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage transportation schedules and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) by verifying that all personnel handling and shipping defense-related materials are U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR.
  • Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize shipping and transport procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
  • Track and resolve shipment issues, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to logistics activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a logistics support role, preferably within a manufacturing or healthcare setting.
  • The ability to lift 20 - 50 pounds.
  • Applied understanding of applicable quality management systems requirements and best practices; ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, AS9100, NADCAP, etc preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory standards for export controls and handling of government contracts (e.g. ITAR, EAR, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of business systems, CRM, and ERP solutions is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
