Training Coordinator (Finance)



Description

Qualis LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator for an upcoming opportunity to support our government customer in Denver, CO.

Essential Duties:

  • Develops training materials within the scope of Configuration Management, NCRC ITSM IG, NCRC ITSM Process Guides, use of NCRC TTPRS, or other ITSM-related processes
  • Manages training events at sites, prepare on-line training materials

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (experience may substitute for degree)
  • 4 to 7 years' experience in IT-related field
  • 2-4 years' experience in technical training development and support
  • Must hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • ITIL foundations preferred
  • 2 years' JIRA experience preferred
