Principal Project Engineer (Finance)
As a Principal Project Engineer you will be part of our ISC Engineering organization and work out of one of (4) Gulf Coast locations on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of high-stakes projects, driving innovation and operational excellence while maintaining adherence to quality standards and timelines.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 10+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale engineering projects successfully.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering fields, particularly in project execution and management.
- Advanced Engineering degrees such as ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering).
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

- Lead and oversee multiple engineering projects from conception through execution.
- Act as liaison with Engineering and Construction firms to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure Honeywell standards and expectations are met.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
