Advanced Systems Engineer (Finance)

Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will partner with world class engineering and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mechanical systems and equipment integration and oversight
  • Schedule and Milestone development/management
  • Estimating and budget preparation and analysis
  • Risk/opportunity development and management
  • Project execution and performance management

The annual base salary range for this position is $121,000.- $151,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Work on cutting-edge projects and shape future technology solutions. YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
  • 4 years of engineering experience

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 4 years of systems and project engineering experience in the aerospace industry
  • Create relevant action plans that bring value to our internal or external customers
  • Some experience in electromechanical engineering, particularly thermal management systems
  • Program management skills with some experience in Earned Value Management
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
  • Ability to convey complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
