Equifax USIS Operations offers industry-leading solutions for account acquisition, credit-risk decisioning, cross-selling and fraud mitigation to over a 1000 customers in the US and Canada including Financial Services(30 of the top 40 US banks), Telecommunications (4 of the top 5 Telco's in North America), Retail and Technology. The IT Solutions Delivery Consultant provides the expertise customers need to implement solutions to address their business needs across the account management lifecycle.

What you'll do
- Assist in the interaction with clients to determine business and system specifications.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to system development projects.
- Consult with internal teams and customers on functional related aspects of design, project delivery and support
- Responsible for on time delivery of multiple concurrent small to medium projects
- Work with customers on technical aspects of project delivery and support
- Develop a deep understanding of Equifax data, technologies, products and platforms
- Champion Professional Services Strategic Initiatives focused on process improvement
- Business Logic Design and Implementation in a Business Rules Management System
- Consistent with Equifax's 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax's Atlanta-based office
What experience you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (IS), Industrial Engineer, or similar fields required
- Ability to envision technical solutions to business problems
- Demonstrated experience improving customer experience interfaces through various tools and techniques
- Desire to learn new technologies, business domains, and grow cross-functionally
- Experience using agile methodologies, best practices and critical tools, preferred
