Sales Operations Coordinator (Finance)

Position Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator is a key support role that enables the smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks across Sales, Service, Product Management, and Marketing functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Sales Operations Coordinator will handle a mix of customer-facing and internal support responsibilities and will be instrumental in ensuring operational consistency, documentation accuracy, and timely communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Support
    • Support the sales team with lead entry & management, customer documentation, and CRM data updates
    • Manage administrative tasks related to sales inquiries, order tracking, and account coordination
    • Maintain and distribute sales collateral, pricing sheets, and internal process documentation
    • Distribute sales updates to direct and indirect sales channel management and customers
  • Marketing & Event Coordination
    • Help organize customer visits and internal events by coordinating logistics and materials
    • Maintain asset libraries for marketing content (product sheets, guide specs, images, etc.)
    • Support execution of outbound campaigns with list building, CRM updates, and reporting
  • CRM & System Maintenance
    • Enter and maintain records in HubSpot Sales Portal and SAP CRM, and assist with ensuring data integrity across departments
    • Assist with report generation and document formatting for weekly and monthly team updates
  • Administrative Support
    • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes for key team meetings
    • Maintain project timelines and track action items to ensure follow-through
    • Assist with internal communications and department coordination

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP or CRM systems a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple priorities

Salary Range: $52k - $62k Apply
