Production Scheduler II (Finance)



The Production Scheduler II will possess the skills to develop production plans and perform material analysis for the Integrated Supply Chain organization. You will work regularly with multiple ISC functions including Supply and Production Planners, Procurement, Operations, Quality and Engineering in support of executing the production plan in manufacturing and driving resolution of short term materials issues or capacity constraints.

The Production Scheduler II will possess the skills to develop production plans and perform material analysis for the Integrated Supply Chain organization. You will work regularly with multiple ISC functions including Supply and Production Planners, Procurement, Operations, Quality and Engineering in support of executing the production plan in manufacturing and driving resolution of short term materials issues or capacity constraints.As a Production Scheduler II here at Honeywell, you will create and maintain production schedules, coordinate resources, and monitor progress to optimize workflows and meet customer demands. You will report directly to our Sr Materials Management Manager and you will work out of our Urbana, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years experience with ERP Systems in scheduling, SAP preferred

• Solid understanding of SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP, MPS, and Procurement.

• Effectively manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure date fidelity on finish dates.
• Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to release of production orders to operations.
• Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned. Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP).
• Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution. Develop (if needed) and monitor recovery plans.
• Lead/support efforts to understand root cause and corrective actions for process failures relating to execution of the production plan.
• Participate in tiered accountability process
