Oxbow Calcining LLC is currently looking for a Corporate Reliability Engineer to join our team. Essential Job Duties: Facilitates the implementation and review of reliability processes, including corporate expectations, documentation, and evaluations of new or modified equipment to ensure integrity with other practices and facility activities.Supports continuous improvement initiatives, maintains reliability KPIs, optimizes use of the computerized maintenance management system, and develops and implements preventive/predictive maintenance programs.Monitors the MOC program. Leads RCAs while also delegating responsibilities to other team members and guiding them through the process. Accountable for workforce development to support process improvements, including enhancing supervisor skills, maintenance capabilities, technical expertise, troubleshooting proficiency, and other forms of training.Applies operational knowledge and experience to assist other team members in the development of processes and practices to achieve business plans, initiatives, and special projects.Monitors plant performance metrics and investigates causes of poor performance (i.e. bad actors, critical failures, rework, etc.) and recommends improvements.Supervises, manages, and troubleshoots reliability equipment in the plant including, but not limited to, vibration monitoring, condition inspections, PM programs, etc.Researches new reliability equipment and recommends investment based on cost justifications, ROI, or other non-financial gains. Oversees installation and implementation as necessary. Supports management with special projects and workflow process improvements and other duties as assigned.
