Summary
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment.
This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.
Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $19.00 an hour
Shifts available: Day Shift- 7am to 7pm
This position currently has multiple schedules available and schedule specifics can be discussed at time of interview. These schedules do include an every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
