Keller Oaks is looking for an experienced MDS Coordinator with an ownership mentality.

• Full-time

• 3 Days of on-call per month

Qualifications:

• Current Texas nursing license - Registered Nurse (RN) or License Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• 2 years of MDS experience required
• Experience with PDPM required
• Ability to work independently as needed.
