Futures Brokerage Reconciliation Specialist (Finance)



Summary:

We are seeking a Brokerage Fee Reconciliation Specialist to join our Client Service Group. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of brokerage fee calculations, billing, and payments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, and have hands-on experience with reconciliation systems including BPS, GPS, Atlantis, and Docs. Futures Client Service Group require motivated individuals to perform key control functions and liaise with our clients. Client Service Representative will work closely with Sale and other departments on client retention, issue resolution and continuous process improvement while always promoting strong client advocacy. It's critical that the role be accountable and adaptable to the ever-changing demand of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile monthly brokerage fees across multiple counterparties and systems.
  • Validate invoices against trade activity and Docs agreements; flag and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support AP/AR processes, ensuring timely billing, collections, and payment processing related to brokerage fees.
  • Work closely with Clearing, trading desk, and accounting to ensure accurate fee allocation and accruals.
  • Participate in audits and internal reviews as needed.
  • Continuously improve reconciliation processes and help implement best practices.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong experience in FIA Docs system, GPS and Atlantis.
  • Strong Operational trade cycle and brokerage payment cycle knowledge will be helpful.
  • Proven skills in extending professional service to our clients and taking ownership of issues.
  • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and interpersonal skills to communicate across multiple aspects of the organization at various senior levels is required.
  • Dynamic & proactive team player with the ability to identify process inefficiencies to improve capacity, efficiency and control.
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills required to meet time critical deadlines and priorities.
  • Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to quickly build credibility and gain confidence of others.
  • Team oriented with strong integrity and professionalism.

The expected base salary ranges from $91k-$150k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus. Apply
