Your Mission

As a Brand Partnerships Manager you will lead the development, execution, and growth of brand partnerships that strengthen our presence in gaming and esports. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, partnerships, product, and creative to deliver impactful campaigns that connect our brands with players and communities worldwide. You'll work directly with senior-level partner contacts, creating strategic plans, managing complex negotiations, and ensuring exceptional execution. In your first year, success means forging high-value partnerships, delivering measurable brand engagement results, and elevating our partner experience to best-in-class standards. What you bring to the table

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute brand partnerships and activations that drive player engagement and deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Lead strategic planning for partner programs, including campaign development, timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level partner stakeholders, providing exceptional account management and strategic counsel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships seamlessly into marketing and product initiatives.
  • Represent the brand in high-profile meetings, presentations, and industry events, ensuring alignment with brand vision and values.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in brand partnerships, brand marketing, or marketing agency roles with an emphasis in gaming, esports, or related industries.
  • Proven experience leading strategic brand initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing senior-level relationships and high-value partnerships.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $124,400.00 - $230,300.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
