Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator (Administrative)

Position Summary

The HR/ Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance. You'll work closely with department heads and staff to ensure accurate and timely payroll and HR support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bi- weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, onboarding, and orientation
  • Assist with employee benefits enrollment and questions
  • Track and monitor employee attendance and time- off requests
  • Provide support for employee relations and HR policy compliance
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR and payroll inquiries
  • Assist with audits, reports, and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources and/ or Payroll, preferably in a healthcare or long- term care setting
  • Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems ( e. g., ADP, Paycom, Workday )
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm

Rate Range

  • Min: USD $68,000.00/Yr. Max: USD $90,000.00/Yr.
