Maintenance Technician (Finance)

Job Description

IntelliSource is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our Workplace Team in Draper, Utah. This dedicated individual will be extremely detail-oriented, comply with all safety rules, and be responsible for the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds in a supportive role . Being proactive, thorough, and able to think on your feet are all keys to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the office, including painting, lightbulb replacements, wall repairs, plumbing, etc.
• Knowledge of tile would be a plus.
• Hanging signs, graphics, and sign holders according to standard.
• Assist with furniture builds and the moving of furniture.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property to leaders.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Assist with the demo of sites that are closing.

Requirements

• Ability to operate various hand tools, including power tools, and painting experience.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
