Lead Field Service Technician (Finance)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the field activities of electrical subcontractors who will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of load control devices installed to residential water heater units ensuring the daily/weekly/monthly production goals are achieved.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment communication and servicer status issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions
• Maintain inventory of load control devices and field supplies and delivering supplies to electrical subcontractors on a regular cadence.
• Perform quality checks on installed devices by electrical subcontractors ensuring they have been installed according to program requirements.
• Ensure electrical subcontractors follow Honeywell safety standards
• Ensuring proper disposal of removed legacy load control devices
The annual base salary range for this position is $71,900-$90,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. • 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support.
• Electrician journeymen or Master Electrician
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment related to service and repair.
• Ability to provide on-call support
• Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
