At Ingram Micro, we're looking for an HR Professional to join our team - someone who's not just great at HR, but who sees it as a true lever for business success. In this role, you'll work directly with leaders across the business, helping them build high-performing teams, resolve complex challenges, and create an outstanding associate experience.

💼 What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, building strong partnerships across departments.
  • Tackle complex HR challenges with a holistic, strategic mindset - you're not just solving problems, you're anticipating them.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to all levels of the organization, helping teams grow and leaders lead more effectively.
  • Support a wide range of HR functions including time and attendance administration, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, DEI initiatives, compensation, and more.
  • Analyze trends and data to make informed, forward-thinking recommendations that align with business goals.
  • Improve and streamline internal HR processes to ensure we operate efficiently and deliver top-tier service.
  • Bring best practices and fresh perspectives to the table to influence smart, people-centered decisions.

🧠 What You Bring

  • A strong foundation in HR (4-year degree or equivalent experience) with at least 3 years of relevant experience - and at least 1 year working in a similar role.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage complexity.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A knack for influencing others through clear communication, empathy, and a deep understanding of policies and people.
  • Experience with a broad range of HR tools and systems, and the flexibility to adapt as new challenges arise.

✅ Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Workday, including core HR functions and Workday Time and Scheduling modules.
  • Familiarity with HR data analytics tools and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience administering Leaves of Absence (LOA), including FMLA, ADA, and related accommodations.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to lead or support HR-related initiatives from start to finish.
  • Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural environments, with a strong lens on equity and inclusion.

🚀 Why You'll Love It Here

  • You'll be empowered to make decisions and drive real change.
  • You'll work alongside smart, passionate teammates who believe in collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • You'll have opportunities to grow your skills and your career in a company that values your ideas and invests in your development.
