Role:

The Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for managing vendor relationships, overseeing the production and distribution of marketing materials, and maintaining inventory systems to ensure our branches have the resources they need. This position plays a key role in supporting the bank's brand consistency and operational efficiency. A two-year college degree or one to three years of related experience is required. Familiarity with print production, promotional products, and inventory management systems is preferred but not required.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Inventory & Company Store Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the company store, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control for stationery, debit card stock and supplies, marketing collateral, and promotional products.
  • Maintain organization and stock levels in the company store and brochure areas, placing orders as needed.
  • Manage and update the Voluforms online inventory system, ensuring accuracy in product listings, billing, and identifying opportunities for new items.
  • Track branch supply needs, including Instant Issue debit/ATM plastics and consumables.

Vendor & Production Coordination

  • Serve as the primary contact for branch staff, Voluforms, CardPro, and Entrust, to ensure continuous supply and timely fulfillment of branch and instant issue debit card supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the production and ordering of branded apparel, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, name tags, plates, and window lettering.
  • Manage annual bulk orders such as Christmas cards and branch calendars.
  • Distribute promotional materials (banners, counter mats, lobby posters) to branches.

Event & Special Project Support

  • Support marketing events by coordinating logistics, including signage, displays, and materials.
  • Provide occasional administrative support for executive staff on special projects.
  • Oversee billing for inventory and marketing collateral, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education and/or Experience.                         

  • Two-year college degree or 1-3 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on process consistency and service excellence.
  • Experience with inventory management or online production systems (preferred but not required).

Interpersonal Skills. 

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

While performing this job the employee would occasionally be required to carry loads up to and including 24lbs. It is frequently necessary to bend, squat, reach above the shoulder level, crouch, kneel, balance and push/pull equipment. Firm grasping/fine manipulation with the right/left hand is necessary. In an 8-hour day, the employee can expect to sit about 6 hours.
