Customer Account Specialist (Finance)



Location: Harrisonburg, VA
Work Hours: Days with overtime as needed
Starting Rate: Based on experience

As a Customer Account Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting small to mid-sized customer accounts by coordinating the production and delivery of printed materials that inform, inspire, and entertain.
What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter and update customer orders in our manufacturing and fulfillment systems
  • Monitor production schedules and proactively share updates with customers
  • Track due dates, manage schedules, and follow up on order components
  • Assemble billing documentation and maintain job logs for accuracy
  • Communicate with both internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project flow
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to support customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
What You'll Bring
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or production coordination
  • Familiarity with business software and communication tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and apply processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A team-first mindset and professional, positive communication style
