Key Responsibilities
Manage daily roll call and schedule on-call officers for assigned client sites
Ensure officers are trained on and use mobile apps for time and attendance
Maintain optimal staffing levels and minimize overtime through effective scheduling
Review client assignment requests to ensure alignment with company standards
Monitor and address attendance issues, issuing documentation when necessary
Collaborate with HR to address performance issues and maintain compliance
Support recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and integrating new hires
Implement retention strategies and identify top-performing staff for advancement
Address payroll discrepancies promptly and coordinate with HR/Payroll teams
Use Guard-Tour App to log field visits and monitor site performance
Respond to client issues with urgency, documenting corrective actions
Ensure compliance with all uniform, licensing, and post order requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of management experience in security or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with HR and scheduling software
Proven organizational, leadership, and customer service abilities
Recruiting and client relationship experience preferred
High energy, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure
Advanced computer skills
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
