Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Specialist, Industrial Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and protection of our industrial facilities. You will be accountable for implementing and maintaining security measures, conducting risk assessments, and developing security policies and procedures. Your expertise in industrial security will be instrumental in safeguarding our operations and assets.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director, Global Security and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our organization by ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with security regulations and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect industrial facilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop security policies and procedures
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address security demand and implement solutions
  • Stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices
