What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers) Be the Community Connector: · Build relationships with referral sources, professionals, families, and prospective residents. · Plan and execute marketing and outreach strategies to increase awareness and promote services. · Track and report on referrals, admissions, and census goals. Lead the Admissions Experience: · Coordinate all aspects of the resident admission process--from inquiry to move-in. · Schedule and support pre-admission assessments, and ensure accurate completion of admission paperwork. · Ensure every resident and family feels welcomed, informed, and confident in their decision. Support Engagement & Life Enrichment: · Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director to plan and support programs, events, and activities. · Visit residents individually to provide companionship, stimulation, or activity-based support. · Recruit volunteers and community groups to enhance resident experiences. Support Branding & Communication: · Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and advertisements. · Help decorate the community for holidays, events, and themed programs. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory issues.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Energy & Enthusiasm) Experience & Knowledge: · Previous experience in marketing, admissions, outreach, or senior living preferred. · Understanding of assisted living and dementia care services a plus. Skills & Competencies: · Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. · Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational abilities. · Comfortable using CRM systems, marketing tools, and tracking referrals.
