Quality Engineer II (Finance)



As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous verification and validation processes. You will be involved in the development and execution of test plans, as well as analyzing results to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Salem, OR location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact product quality and customer satisfaction by identifying issues early in the development process and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute verification and validation test plans to ensure product compliance with specifications.
  • Analyze test results and document findings, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality.

Develop test plans, execute cases, and analyze results to ensure product quality and reliability. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Salem, OR location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in verification and validation engineering or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and tools , including automated testing frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis and reporting.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in the aerospace or industrial sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
