Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 (Finance)
As a Shipping and Receiving Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our organization's supply chain and distribution network. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping products or materials. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our operations. You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by accurately receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, ensuring proper storage and inventory management, and preparing products for outbound shipments. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain a smooth flow of goods.
Pay Transparency
The annual base salary range is $21.63- $27.36. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of contents and ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Properly store and organize products or materials in designated areas.
• Prepare products for outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
