Digital Intake Coordinator (Finance)

Reporting to the Director of Digital Concierge, the Digital Intake Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Digital Concierge Unit, an extension of the Member Experience Department.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sorts, date stamps, scans, and tracks all incoming mail, faxes, including via other omni channels (e.g., SMS, portal, email, etc.,) in a timely manner.
  • Documents and assigns new Direct Member Reimbursement requests for case management into the plan's CRM platform.
  • Assists with the coordination and proper intake of Digital Concierge requests via multiple sources.
  • Documents and assigns new Digital Concierge requests for case management into the plan's CRM platform.
  • Maintains digital filing in an organized manner, limiting access to those authorized.
  • Assists with follow up calls to members, providers, and vendors for supplemental information (i.e., medical records, invoices, etc.,) as needed to appropriate parties.
  • Assists with providing daily, weekly, and monthly departmental inventory status reports to management.
  • Provides clerical support with fulfillment of member mailing notices.
  • Maintains confidentiality and upholds standards for privacy and security of sensitive member information.
  • Maintains a positive, courteous, and professional relationship with members, AHC staff, and providers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

Required: 1-2 years of administrative experience, specifically in an office setting.

Preferred: 1-2 years of previous medical front office experience

Education:

Required: High School Diploma or GED.

Specialized Skills:

Required:

  • Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Computer and Typing skills - 40 wpm
  • Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others; provide leadership, teach and collaborate with others.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to establish and maintain a constructive relationship with diverse members, management, employees and vendors; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform mathematical calculations and calculate simple statistics correctly
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; advanced problem-solving.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem solving, organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $41,600.00 - $57,600.00
Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
