Lead Manufacturing Technician (Finance)



As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading the manufacturing operations at our facility in Geismar, LA. You will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership and technical expertise will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Geismar, LA location on a full-time, on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our manufacturing operations by:
- Leading a team of technicians and operators to ensure smooth production processes
- Monitoring and optimizing production efficiency and quality
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive process improvements

Your skills will drive project success and business growth. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Geismar, LA location on a On-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
• Technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality

WE VALUE

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience in a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
