Job Description
As a Marketing Intern in our Marketing & eCommerce department, you will be responsible for the gathering and uploading of digital product assets and information and facilitating accurate product builds. This position will perform weekly and ad-hoc site audits as needed to ensure website accuracy and functionality. This role will work closely with the eCommerce team and will collaborate with various teams across the Marketing department to provide ongoing support and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily site updates including: product content, photo gathering, image upload management and new items builds.
- Carry out weekly site audits to check for category and navigation accuracy and working links.
- Conduct competitive analysis for pricing, listings, and promotional trends
- Support SEO/AIO enhancements to drive organic traffic
- Assist with product set up for marketplaces
- Conduct weekly and as needed promo testing for regularly scheduled and holiday site promotions.
- Track website performance across brand sites gathering insights on traffic and user behavior.
- Provide support on special projects as requested.
- Candidate must be enrolled/actively pursuing a degree in a business or marketing related field
- High School diploma required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Attention to detail; solution-driven problem solver
- Previous experience in an office or internship setting is a plus
- Team oriented as well as the ability to take instruction and work independently
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience with Photoshop or other design programs is a plus
