Creative Services Director, Boise/Twin Falls/Salt Lake City (Transportation)



Are you a creative marketing professional ready to transform broadcast brands into multimedia powerhouses? Join our team and lead the marketing and branding efforts across multiple stations where you'll shape our brand identity, oversee promotional campaigns, and drive audience engagement across all platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Oversee brand image strategy and execution, supervising all aspects of station promotion and marketing using on-air, online and outside media resources
  • Provide leadership and guidance to creative services teams across multiple stations
  • Develop promotional strategic plans, multi-media marketing campaigns, and news promotional initiatives
  • Create and monitor the image and promotional content of station websites
  • Supervise day-to-day activities in the Promotion Department for multiple stations
  • Serve as liaison with networks and syndicators regarding station promotional activities
  • Oversee commercial production and sales promotion for the Sales Department
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets for Creative Services Departments
  • Create and implement community outreach initiatives

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field preferred, or equivalent business experience
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible multimedia creative/management experience in promotion, production and/or creative services
  • Proven track record for development of successful marketing concepts and branding efforts

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Keen interest and understanding of the latest technology and social media applications for marketing
  • Effective leadership and management skills with ability to work well with management team
  • Ability to conceive, produce, implement and measure strategic marketing plans based on research
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Working knowledge of WideOrbit preferred
  • Experience with non-linear editing systems
  • Proficiency with graphic creation and compositing software

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Driving required. Valid Driver's License, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company required insurance limits.
