PPC is the private credit investment business of PGIM, Inc., the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. PPC's Law department currently has 15 attorneys and is part of Prudential's Law, Compliance, Business Ethics and External Affairs department.
PGIM Private Capital ("PPC") Law has an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic global investment management business. We are seeking an experienced lawyer to primarily support PPC business units focusing on domestic and international finance and investment transactions in power, oil and gas, and infrastructure projects.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires on-site presence on a reoccurring weekly basis as determined by the business. The successful candidate will preferably work from a PPC office located in Newark, NJ, New York, NY or Dallas, TX, , but we will consider candidates able to work from PPC office locations in Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA. We will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $216,000.00 to $292,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
