Business Operations Lead - Verity (Senior Director)(Hybrid) (Finance)



We are seeking a strategic and execution-focusedBusiness OperationsLead (Senior Director) to lead and scale our post-sales functions, including account management, implementation, training, analytics, and sales operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and scalable growth in the healthcare technology space, with a strong emphasis on pharmacy workflows and data.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Design and lead the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through renewal, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
  • Oversee and optimize implementation, training, and support processes to drive client adoption and satisfaction.
  • Build and manage a high-performing operations team, including account managers, implementation specialists, and analysts.

Strategic Execution
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals and support scalable growth.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure client feedback informs product development and enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve internal processes, reduce friction, and enhance client outcomes.

Client Success & Retention
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term value realization.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks to retention or satisfaction.
  • Drive a culture of client-centricity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Analytics
  • Oversee analytics and reporting functions to provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Support revenue growth through operational alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, client success, or business leadership roles in healthcare technology, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of pharmacy operations, data, and regulatory considerations (e.g., PBMs, 340B, e-prescribing, medication adherence).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale operational functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or PharmD preferred).

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 177,900 - 296,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
