Summary
We are seeking a Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville. This role is essential in managing and maintaining accurate medical records for our residents, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while supporting our mission of providing exceptional care. This position will also oversee our Central Supply and ordering for the community.
This position comes with a starting pay rate of $16 an hour
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need.

Responsibilities

Maintain and organize medical records for all residents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations regarding medical recordkeeping.
Coordinate with clinical staff to obtain necessary documentation and updates to resident records.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to medical records as required.
Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for easy access to medical information.
Maintain, order, and organize our Central Supply for the community
