Technical Support Senior Analyst - Evernorth Health Services (Finance)



Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to contribute to complex IT support initiatives, with a focus on hardware asset management and operations. This role involves working closely with end users and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions, maintain accurate asset records, and support the overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of hardware systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Asset Management and Operations:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage the lifecycle of IT hardware assets, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.
  • Respond to service requests and incident tickets related to asset information and exceptions.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware configurations to meet unique user needs.
  • Apply professional judgment to develop and implement effective support procedures and solutions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT support or asset management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with asset management policies, procedures, and logistics (preferred).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience or a combination of education and experience will also be considered.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 60,300 - 100,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
