Associate Specialist (Finance)
Job Description:
The Associate Specialist SRA supports the function in the areas of global raw material compliance, regulatory data management and process optimization to unlock value and efficiency. This position partners externally with Mars' suppliers and internally with Product Development, Digital Technology, Commercial, Legal, SQA, Activity Management teams to provide regulatory support to enable innovation. The Associate Specialist supports SRA's mission and vision to transform our compliance operating model, consisting of harmonized processes, global data governance and automation, to modernize how we ensure compliance and enable growth.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 66,389.00 - USD 91,290.00
