Maintenance Technician- Utilities (Finance)
The Utilities Technician reports to the Reliability Manager and is responsible for the following:
What are we looking for?
Seeking a self-motivated associate with mechanical and some electrical aptitude. Prior experience managing boiler systems and air compressors is a must. Must be available on occasion for escalation calls related to utility systems.
What will be your key responsibilities?
The technical responsibility of this job includes but is not limited to safety, efficiency, reliability, PM's, spare parts, infrastructure improvements, operation, and troubleshooting for the utilities systems. The utilities technician manages the reliability of air compressors, boilers, fire systems, minor plumbing, general building maintenance, and handles contractor management. Specialized technical focus on each system is provided by this position.
