Academic Compliance Analyst (Finance)



Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Position Summary:

The Office of Assessment & Evaluation at the USF College of Nursing drives initiatives that enhance program outcomes and fulfill accreditation requirements through a structured approach to assessment, evaluation, and data-informed decision-making. The team collects, analyzes, and interprets data on student learning, course effectiveness, and program performance to support continuous improvement and alignment with institutional metrics, college strategic plan, and accreditation standards.

This position plays a key role in supporting these efforts by coordinating course registration processes and academic scheduling, assisting with faculty and course evaluations, responding to routine data requests, and developing visuals and presentations for accreditation and college reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proficiency in student information system, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and efficiency. Through reliable data coordination and responsive service, this role contributes to the college's commitment to academic excellence and student success.Minimum:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of related experience. Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

Experience in higher education and accreditation, using Banner, 25Live, Qualtrics, PowerBi, etc.

FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for master's degree.

  • Create and maintain course sections in Banner. Manage faculty scheduling and classroom assignment in Banner. Assist with the coordination of the faculty
    assignment and faculty and course evaluation processes.
  • Review and assess incoming data requests. Extract relevant data from appropriate sources, and deliver accurate and timely information to requestors. Assist in the development of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, administer, and monitor annual surveys related to academic programs and clinical experiences. Aggregate and present survey data in relevant formats to
    support evidence-based decision-making. Collaborate with team members to track strategic plan goals and college performance metrics.
  • Compile, organize, and analyze programmatic data to support program reviews. Design visualizations (graphs, charts, and tables) for program reviews and special
    projects to effectively communicate key findings and trends. Assist the team in the analysis and reporting of data, as needed for assessment, evaluation, and planning.
  • Support the implementation and management of systems, processes, and projects that enhance quality assurance, continuous improvement, and accreditation
    compliance.
