💼 What We're Offering

A full-time Manager, Benefits and Compensation position in Oklahoma City, OK. Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Competitive annual salary target of $125-135k and a comprehensive benefits package including:

📌 The Role

As Manager, Benefits and Compensation, you'll lead the strategic administration of employee benefits and compensation programs to support organizational goals and talent strategies. This role combines operational oversight with data-driven decision-making to ensure compliance, equity, and employee engagement. You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and managing group health, life, retirement, wellness, and compensation programs
  • Overseeing vendor relationships and resolving escalated issues
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting
  • Advising leadership on compensation strategy, salary offers, and internal equity
  • Conducting market analysis and salary surveys to inform pay structures
  • Leading annual compensation cycles and incentive program administration
  • Developing educational resources and tools for employees and managers on benefits and compensation

👤 Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a collaborative, data-driven leader with a passion for employee well-being and equitable compensation. Someone who thrives in an evolving environment and brings both strategic insight and operational excellence.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (experience will be considered in lieu of education)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits and compensation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation tools a plus
