Factoring Relationship Manager, Team Lead (Administrative)

The Factoring Relationship Manager, Team Lead oversees a team of individuals responsible for the Wintrust Receivables Finance (WRF) portfolio. In this role, the Team Lead develops and maintains strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex issues
Manage credit requirements for both client and client customers
Work closely with Factoring Portfolio Managers and the WRF Credit Officer to ensure timely credit approvals
Collaborate with other departments, such as business development, operations, and treasury management to ensure seamless client experiences
Lead, mentor, and motivate team through training and workflow supervision
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure all WRF and Wintrust Bank polies and procedures are followed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
Minimum 10 years' financial services experience in factoring or asset-based lending
Strong understanding of general credit and risk principles, mitigates, and banking policies and procedures
Proven leadership and experience mentoring junior staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical, organization, and time management abilities
Strong interpersonal skills used within a team environment and in client interaction

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $141,000-$190,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
