Pay Rate $38 - $45 per hour / 30-40 hours per week
As a licensed Physical Therapist your responsibilities are to evaluate and treat Residents throughout the facility in our Pathways TBI unit , Sub-Acute Rehab and LTC Units . To communicate with families, physicians and other health team members. To maintain documentation of services, observe regulations that govern our facility and as directed by our Director of Therapy to ensure that the highest degree of quality Resident care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure and relevant certifications for each respective position.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting is advantageous.
