Sr Athletics Graphic Designer/Director of Football Creative Design (Finance)



Minimal Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in creative services and/or digital communications.

Preferred Qualifications: One year of professional experience in a sports visual design or related field or additional related experience

Grow Here .Creative Video Production - Responsible for documenting all football-related activities including community service, team-building activities, occasional meals at coaches' houses and other behind-the-scenes content throughout the year. Develop, create and manage the production of creative assets including the Vlog, short form videos, GIFS, etc. Specialty background in planning, shooting, editing and producing video content for in-house and social media use.

Social Media - Direct and manage the voice, tone, and messaging on all of the USF Football social media platforms including by not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tik Tok, while staying up to date with other emerging platforms. Responsible for organizing, producing and executing a weekly content plan across all platforms.

Name, Image & Likeness - Develop branding strategies in collaboration with current student-athletes and act as the liaison to prospective student-athletes on campus visits as it relates to Name, Image & Likeness. Manage and upload digital content to INFLCR for use by the current student-athletes as they build their brands via social media.

Intern Management - Interview and supervise the team of student video and social media interns. Delegate projects, ensures tasks are completed on-time, manage work schedules and assign deadlines.

Premier Recruiting Events - Produce creative assets for recruiting events such as Junior Days, Game Days, Spring Game, Signing Day, etc. Must think creatively toward recruiting design and content to ensure that South Florida Football stays on the forefront of creative content in the recruiting space.
