Procure-to-Pay Manager- Accredo- Hybrid (Finance)



Accredo is currently seeking a Procure-to-Pay Manager. The Procure-to-Pay Manager is responsible for assigned Procure to Pay Analysts and Sr. Inventory Representatives of Procurement for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy. Manager must ensure appropriate inventory to meet customer demand and contractual requirements. Communicate to internal and external customers/vendors product shortages. Work with financial analysts, operations, program delivery and reporting team to provide accurate reporting to support vendor contracts and department processes as well ensure timely completion of paperwork audits, returns to vendors, and any other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of assigned purchasing group and responsibilities including but not limited to purchase orders placed in a timely manner with acceptable DQSA documentation provided at receipt.
  • Ensure that each assigned site reviews stock levels, open purchase orders, and dispense levels to proactively determine order quantities, establish ordering parameters based on need and vendor's contractual requirements.
  • Work with senior manager, director and other senior leadership to help identify alternative ways to reduce inventory levels and maintain high customer fill rate/service levels.
  • Provide vendor interface as it relates to procurement responsibilities, vendor product and research.
  • Represent Accredo Specialty Pharmacy at vendor audits and complete various monthly reporting to aid in inventory management and ensure overall efficiencies.
  • Resolve account payable issues relevant to site with suppliers as well as follow-up, resolve and communicate backorder issues.
  • Create NPR's as needed, work with account management on new implementations as assigned.
  • Hold reviews and check ins for growth with team, provide guidance and coaching as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • BS/BA degree preferred.
  • 3+ years' work experience in Specialty Pharmacy
  • Proficient with MS Office, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Possess solid written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and Accredo's internal and external customer base
  • Possess solid follow through skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines
  • Ability to be on site majority of the time. Must be local to the area.
