Machine Setup Operator-Level 1 -3rd Shift (Finance)

The hourly range for this position is $45,760 ($22/hr) - $48,880 ($23.5/hr). Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. - Previous experience as a machine setup operator or similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Perform machine setups according to production requirements
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired output
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to the Production Supervisor
