2nd Shift, Machine Operator (Finance)



We are looking for a 2nd-Shift Machine Operator to join our Lancaster, PA team! Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday
Hours: 2 :30 PM - 12:30 AM

Pay Range: $18-$21/ hr , based on experience

Shift Differential: $0.75/ hr

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Safety & Team Coordination:
    • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
    • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
    • Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
  • Machine Operations:
    • Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
    • Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
    • Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
  • Training & Cross-Training:
    • Participate in regular training sessions
    • Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

Essential Experiences:

  • High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
  • Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
