Mission Impact Content Manager (Information Technology)
We are seeking a Mission Impact Content Manager for the Marketing Department.
The Mission Impact Content Manager is responsible for executing the mission-driven content strategy that supports Credit Human's commitment to economic, social and environmental impact. This role involves the planning, creation and management of multimedia content and the strategic coordination of marketing efforts that promote financial health and values-based banking. The Mission Impact Content Manager will maintain a robust content calendar, develop new content, manage third-party and internal relationships and ensure content aligns with brand voice while resonating with diverse audiences.
Play a key role in how our members and prospects consume content as part of our marketing initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with member-facing staff to gather member stories and information about how we are supporting members through our mission. A deep understanding and drive to improve the financial health of members is required for this role. You should proactively search out ways to help achieve the mission and values objectives of marketing, provide guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders that results in compelling content and deliver the best possible member experience.
