About the Role:
Were seeking a skilled and motivated Field Manager to lead landscape maintenance operations across multiple properties. You'll oversee crews, ensure top-quality service, manage scheduling and job costs, and build strong relationships with clients and team members. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with landscape experience and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily work schedules and routesTrain and support crew leaders and team membersEnsure high-quality maintenance and customer satisfactionMonitor job costs, labor hours, and material use via Aspire softwareRespond to client requests and conduct regular site visitsMaintain irrigation systems and ensure proper programmingEnforce safety protocols and company standardsProvide bilingual communication between clients, crews, and leadership
Requirements:
3+ years in commercial landscaping with supervisory experienceExperience with irrigation troubleshooting and controller programmingValid Drivers License and clean recordConversational Spanish requiredProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like AspireAble to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weatherOregon Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain)Must pass background check and drug screening
