Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Customer Marketing Specialist II, You will engage with both AIS and S&D teams to lead North America event logistics for tier 1 & 2 events, manage workflow for PO/vendor payments, coordinate account reviews with top suppliers and SOWs, and support development of customer marketing assets, marketing campaigns and lead qualification.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and execute large-scale (tier 1 & 2) internal and customer-facing events in both live and virtual settings in North America. This includes project management, sourcing, contract negotiations, booth experiences, budget management, timeline, vendor and agency management, registration, and various meeting logistics.
  • Work with the team to track event performance against established metrics, review event deliverables and manage project budgets.
  • Ensure that event closure activities, such as documentation, lessons learned and stakeholder transition, are appropriately executed.
  • Support event promotion, presentation development and post event communications as needed.
  • Own the process for the creation of purchase orders for marketing expenditure.
  • Manage workflow for PO/vendor payments, account reviews with top suppliers and SOWs for large projects
  • Partner with procurement for all SOWs, new vendors, PO/vendor payments, account reviews with top suppliers and meeting MSA budget.
  • Qualify leads in Salesforce and share details with the appropriate sales teams.
  • Build enablement materials to help our sales teams drive revenue across the business.
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Marketing Specialist II to support marketing initiatives in Morris Plains, NJ. Join us to be part of global team for the Solstice Advanced Materials business.MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of two years working experience in customer marketing, event planning or management or B2B demand generation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Strong English skills (written and verbal).

WE VALUE
  • A high school diploma, or an associate's or bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Events, Public Relations, Business Management or a related field with project management experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerAutomate and PowerApp platforms.
  • Proven experience in project management, coordination and collaboration.
  • Results oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau.
  • Works well with cross-functional teams.
  • Corporate and agency leadership experience.
  • Excellent business writing and editing skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to prepare Tableau and Salesforce dashboards, providing actionable insights into customer behavior and marketing performance. Build a customer decision journey (CDJ) and persona development for our market.
  • Develop NPI plans in accordance with launch requirements.
